I saw this on Rachael Ray, and w/ a couple of modifications, it can be safe - BBQ Potato Salad http://www.rachaelrayshow.com/food/recipes/red-white-blue-grilled-bbq-potato-salad/ I also vary the spices on my oven fries when I make them to get more interesting. I also have been trying the chicken and turkey burgers on the RAchael Ray site (or subbing chicken or turkey if she uses beef).
