In the sense that it has helped control my depression and anxiety, thereby helping my IBS. When I'm depressed and having anxiety, my IBS gets really bad. Without the Zoloft, I would cry a lot, feel like I was shaking on the inside. This would cause frequent D and dry heaving. I definitely do much better on it, than off.
