I don't know if it helps, but I've found that most days I end up eating a vegan diet. Especially since I have cut out all dairy.
My main staples are:Avocados, bananas, mangoes, Baby Carrots, Almond Milk, Fresh Italian Bread, Organic Coconut Oil, Tofu, Rice (Rose and Sushi Rice are my favorites), Baked Potatoes, etc.
I also eat, Asparagus (grilled), blueberries, Pineapple, Apples (no more than 1/2 at a time), Peaches (frozen in smoothies), Sugar Snap Peas (Steamed), Green beans (Steamed), Luna Bars, Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese, Raisin Toast, etc.

FWIW. I'm very new to all of this.
