I love breakfast too --- I'm IBS-D so tough to say what really would work for your C, or what your system can really tolerate in general, but here's what I eat:
I start with two Citrucel tablets. Good SF. Soy milk works great for me, so I use Silk Vanilla. Love it. Rice Krispies only so-so for me, but Honeycomb, Corn Pops, and a cereal called Oatmeal Squares are all great. I do like oatmeal, so eat a fair bit throughout the week. I go with plain, and a little brown sugar on top. Occasionally mix in a bit of vanilla soymilk. Almost every morning I have a half or whole banana. Other things I tolerate: lowfat multigrain waffles with a drizzle of syrup; egg white on english muffin; bagels; pancakes made with soy milk / egg white; applesauce; banana bread (see Heather's recipe). I love bacon but haven't had it in two months - I believe there are good soy alternatives that I may try.
Check the recipe posts, or Heather's Eating for IBS book for great alternatives for breakfast foods. Remember a good SF supplement is great for C and D. With a good SF base, you may be able to have very small portions of things you "used" to eat that might be triggers now.
Best of luck...
