I like the Yogi Teas in: Calming, Egyptian Licorice & Stomach Ease. I've heard that there is an Egyptian Licorice & Mint, but haven't found it yet . . .

I also stock up on specialty rices, quinoa & barley (in bulk), for variety at home.
Sadly, (or no, depending on how you look at it) I did this before I was diagnosed w/ IBS.
