colon cleanse?       06/03/08 06:13 AM Edit Reply Quote dragonfly Reged: 05/12/08 Posts: 1088 Loc: canada Ok so...has anyone done a colon cleanse? They say we have all this gunk up there and need to get it out. My question for that is...if I have d off and on for ten years, eat less than a baby ,how much gunk could I really have? I've seen the web site tht shows graphic pics of the crap(no pun intended) that comes out after a cleanse and wonder..is that in me? or is that what the cleanse turns my waste into. How do you know that stuff is really in there? My hubby thinks I should try it but I'm very skeptical about it. Besides I don't want to see that either!! So if you have a coloscopy doesn't that clean you out completely? How far in does the camera go?
