Thank you for sharing that. I'm thinking that it probably isn't good for those with any kind of yeast sensitivity. Don't see what the big whoop is about it, really. We don't "need" yeast in our diet, so just avoid it if at all possible if you think it will bother you. Throughout this whole IBS/IBD diet change, I've learned to "eat to live", not "live to eat".
