? for those who use Equalactin       05/29/08 09:59 AM Edit Reply Quote Loriann Reged: 11/21/03 Posts: 78 Loc: coastal southern California I just found out about Equalactin on the forum this week. I have tried other fiber without much success - it seemed to just add to the gas problem. So I got some of the Equalactin this week and took it a few times and it seems, so far, to be agreeing with me better. But how do you use it? - do you take it everyday like you would acacia or citrucel, etc? or only when you need it? And if you take it everyday, how many do you find you have to take? or is it different for everyone? I just want to take something to keep me more stable so I don't go back and forth between D and C.
