Coconut Oil and IBS       05/28/08 08:49 AM Edit Reply Quote krisz Reged: 04/15/08 Posts: 10 I was looking around online and found several resources discussing the benefits of coconut oil for IBS. Has anyone used coconut oil with any success for treatment of their IBS? I know that coconut itself is considered to be a trigger because of it's high fat content, so I found this a bit odd.
