The prep asks that you drink 6 8 ounce glasses in one hour. I will do 4 instead. I get so full easily because my stomach shrunk when I lost 55 pounds over the last 9 months. I just pray I don't vomit.
Candy, I wouldn't recommend drinking less then the recommended dose. I know it's so hard to keep the solution down (I've done it twice) but you want to clean yourself the best you can. It doesn't matter that your stomach has shrunk, what matters is getting down the proper amount of chemicals that attract water into your intestine and flush you out. If you don't get clean enough your doctor might ask you to reschedule and then you'd have to do the whole thing again. It's not worth it. Stay strong !
