Not bad but I did find mixing it with Tetleys Summer berrry Blend tasted really good. I actually found that the fennel tea didn't help with my cramping. Even herbal teas don't agree with my stomach. The Rooibos tasted pretty close to reg tea and didn't bug my gut. Thanks again for the info. It's nice to have tea again. -------------------- IBS-D since 1999...mostly stable..i do cheat too.Bad me.
