I recently cut out dairy completely and I'm feeling better, but not completely. No dairy isn't such a big deal because I used to be vegan and I am familair with the alrternatives. Unfortunatly, as a vegetarian still, this severely limits my food choices when eating out. Plus now I am running into the same problems as I had before of getting to much fiber. If it is not that, than a meal has too much fat for me to digest. I don't want to comprimise may values and even the thought of eating meat makes my stomache hurt. I feel as though I can't eat anything. But if I don't eat I run the risk of migranes. And even if I eat everthing perfect, but I am upset or stressed that day, my stomache will still hurt! This has been a problem that I have been dealing with for the majoriety of mine and my fiance's 7 year relationship. It has really come in the way of intimacy. This has been and still is causing major problems. My fiance seems to think that it is him. And between the stomache problems and the migranes, he seems to be getting sick of me always getting sick. My own sake aside, if I don't get my stomach's act together soon i'm afraid i'm going to loose him. I feel as though nothing I do is working and that I have hit a dead end.
