Okra may be one of those veggies that just doesn't agree with you I don't care for it unless it's deep fried with cornmeal and we know that's not gonna happen so I haven't touched it.....you may want to try it again in a couple weeks and see what happens; if you get another attack then you know it was probably the okra!
