Occassionally I take low dose of lorazapem to sleep better too and taking both together didn't hurt me any..actually worked better. It really depends on how late I eat and what I eat/drink as I'm kind of a late eater. Usually take the amp. just before bed. hope this helps. I would say give it a try if you haven't already. I'm going back to see my doctor next week so will see if she wants me to continue this dosage or not.. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
