So far I've just been taking some prune juice everyday, which is helping me go more often & help getting rid of my bulge. The reason I want to do this is that I haven't had a colonoscopy for 5 yrs. & thought it might not be a bad idea to clean myself out again. But I'm so scared of the thought I probably won't do it anyway. Oh well, I just thought I would come here because I trust you guys more, cuz you know the sensitivity of my condition better than the GI.
