Basically it is mango and spices. If you are touchy to acid there is vinegar in it, or if garlic and onion is a problem you might want to avoid it. The spices aren't really hot though and the ginger is good for you. I make my own mango chutney and sometimes apple or pear or cranberry chutney but we never eat them up.
