I just got a Mediterranean cookbook that I'm really excited to start using as soon as I can, but I'm not quite sure the recipes are really a good idea for those with IBS. It's supposed to be "light" food, meaning that much of the fat is taken out of the recipe already (a serving of the final product comes out to 2g of fat). I was wondering if someone might take a look at the ingredients and let me know if you think there's too much whole-wheat flour in it? If there is to what extent do you think I should replace the whole-wheat with white? Thanks!

The ingredients are:
2 1/2 tsp dry yeast
2 1/2 cups warm water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp sage or rosemary
4 cups whole-wheat flour
2 1/2- 3 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
olive oil for brushing the surface (is this even necessary?)
