2 Questions       04/26/08 02:29 PM Edit Reply Quote robbiej Reged: 02/28/08 Posts: 35 Loc: Seattle, WA Long time suffer w/IBS (25 years.) I have two questions: 1. What is EFI? I have searched the board and can not find what it means. I assume "fiber" is in there somewhere... 2. During an IBS attack, I often have a tingling in my legs and arms. Like little goosebumps accompanied with a slight numbness. Does anyone else have this? ( I will also often have sweating, feeling like passing out, etc.) My IBS is pretty well maintained w/ Heather's diet guidelines ( I have a mini photocopied one in my wallet) and meds but we all know what trigger slip up can do.
