I still take my fiber and peppermint but i have been enjoying more fresh fruit and veggies, drinking caffiene, eating some cheese and dairy(icecream), and basically eating whatever just as long as I have some soluble fiber. I feel so free eating whatever I want and am going to continue to do so until I have a bad bout.
