By the time I got to the table and the "male nurse" was getting ready to spread all that goo all over my tummy, I was in such agony because I had to go. I asked him if I could let some out and he let me (I really had to beg and promise I would only "go" a little). It was enough to relieve the pressure (I guess it's kinda like filling up a balloon with water to the point of bursting--it's gotta hurt a bit!) Don't be bashful about asking if you can let some out.
