IBS-C       04/16/08 04:28 PM Edit Reply Quote stopper Reged: 04/16/08 Posts: 43 I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this but I'm sure someone will tell me if not. I've had IBS-C for 30+ yrs & C is getting worse. Have any of you had relief using Metamucil or Citrucel? Fiber always makes me worse as Metam is doing also.
