The ingredients I knew as it was explained by G.I.specialist. Also used it in larger dose for a colomscopy test. Re the fibre also have tried Benefibre. It is not the same as in the States as it used inulin which according to specialist is really little different acting than psyllium in Metamucil. He also stted that hedid not understand why they changed the fibre except that it you take less for the same fibre comtent.
