I had to reduce to hlf dose or 4 oz. as a full 8 8 oz was just too much. Even with the 4 oz and the Metamucil I still get the bloating problem that I had when taking lactulose. However at least with the Klean Prep I am not conmstipated. So next solution is to find a satisfactory method of easing bloating. I have feennel tea (Heather's) which helps but not fully.
