There's probably a special Mother's Day menu, but if you call ahead and explain that you have dietary restrictions, they may provide it for you. In general for brunch, I would suggest an egg white omelet. But explain to the server (and the manager, if necessary) that butter/dairy AND oil are problematic for your condition and ask that very little fat be used. Then order plain white toast or a sourdough roll. And if you're concerned there won't be a good SF option at the restaurant, bring a sourdough roll along with you. I'll admit, I've done it.
