I was just reading through your thread. I'm really interested in this GF talk. I've been doing low-wheat, but I think I might be ready for GF. Anyway, the reason I'm posting is that I noticed, Zara, that you used a senna tea to get things moving again. I know that senna can be a really rough experience, so I just wanted to jump in and say that I used a Fleet glycerin suppository last week. I'd had a few really busy, stressful days and my body just...wouldn't. Speaking plainly, it's not fun to stick something up your bum, but you might have less pain than you have with the senna.
