The reason is the latter...because others have reported major problems with them, so I have become too fearful to eat them. I figure, if so many people have a problem with them, and since I don't know what is causing me to remain so symptomatic, I must avoid them.

Maybe I need a break from the boards. You are able to eat these fruits (even with peels) on an empty tummy. So, maybe I would be able to too, if I allowed myself the ability to overcome my fear and try and erase all the posts that I have seen. Sometimes I think I would be better off not ever have found the boards. Except for all the great people I have met! Maybe the EFI diet is just not ever gonna work for me? Yet I am too afraid (and I've read to much) not to. I don't even think I could not follow it.

PS. I have become addicted to decaf coffee....have a cup at work once a day. I don't think it really does anything to me.
