Apple Cider Vinegar?       04/08/08 08:42 AM Edit Reply Quote chohman9 Reged: 01/09/08 Posts: 4 Loc: Houston, Far from Home Recently I was talking with a co-worker who's friend "has the same problem" that I do. She says her friend takes 2 shots of apple cider vinegar a day and that I'd be crazy not to start. Just from the sounds of it and the small amount of research I've done, this doesn't sound like a good idea at all. Has anyone ever tried this?
