Optifiber, if you can find it, is great and very inexpensive. They sell it at Sam's Club and maybe CVS.

They don't disolve as well, but Walgreen's and Top Care's versions of Benefiber also work for me. I forget what they each call it, but they are both in canisters with green labels.
