Fish fillets like tilapia and cod simply seasoned with a bit of salt, dried dill weed, fresh ground pepper and cooked on a Pam sprayed grill pan are quick and easy.

Or a egg white/egg sunstitute omelette stuffed with a vegan cheese and/ or some cooked veggies is a protein source also.

Then there is always chicken breasts, shrimp, turkey ect.
