I'm quite relieved that i can eat dairy- i've missed it loads too! You're right- whatever the diagnosis i'm going to have to avoid gluten forever anyway!
I think sugar causes me problems too. I'm a fellow sugar addict and i think it makes me bloated because whenever i have lots of it in my day (which is often) i get bloating. I kept a food diary this past week and it's shocking how my diet is made up of so much sugar, and how the amount of sugar i eat coincides with bloating. However, i'm not sure if i can give up my love affair with it. I am trying to limit it but it's so difficult... I don't know how you can do gluten free, EFI and low sugar!
