What are you eating? What EFI foods/principles are you not following? I don't mean to be nosey...just that I have lost all perspective as to how to even do this...other than to eat meat or real fat mayo! Amd of course, not taking an SFS.
It's so good to hear from you...and to hear that you are doing well and have a little more freedom with your diet.
I don't think I can do both EFI and GF anymore..so I have to choose which one to keep and which to experiment with. Both ideas scare me!
