I also, have an intolerance for yeast..and yes, you have to read all labels. Yeast is in a lot of foods you wouldn't suspect...crackers, dry/canned soups, pastries, sauces, munchies, you know...all the good stuff! It may not say "yeast" but a form of yeast, so be careful. I buy yeast-free bread at the local health food store or local grocery store. Some are better than others so you need to experiement to see what is good. Some taste like cardboard. I also take natural antifungals and probiotics which seem to help.
