I'm glad you're doing better and your DH is happier eating!! I remember when Thomas and I first started living together - I forgot he ate "meat". So the first 6 or 7 months all we had was chicken and fish! One day he asked to go grocery shopping with me - to buy meat! I felt so bad - here's this heavy equipment operator of mine sustaining himself on chicken and veggies! Not that it wasn't good for him, but he needed more sustanence.
