I can make most bread recipes in it and even nicer is that I know what's inside. While you can bake the bread right in the machine, I prefer to use the "dough" setting. It makes great dough and it only takes me a few minutes to form the dough into a baguette shape, let rise for a few more minutes and then pop into the oven. -------------------- IBS-C with bloating and cramps occasional type A Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
