I was thinking that too, but when I tooth pick tested it came out clean. I baked it for about an hour and twenty minutes. The only thing different I did was back them in my pyrex pans (lined with parchment), as opposed to using non stick pans. I've made Kree's pumpkin bread a few times using those pans though and they always came out perfect.

I'm sure the angel food will be good though
