I suspect most economical breadmakers perform about the same. The paddles in some breadmakers including mine may stick tight to the shaft that turns them making it difficult to remove the loaf from the pan. I think it depends on the gluten content of the bread flour used but I am not certain. I start a timer when I start the bread machine that beeps one minute before the last knead starts. When the kneading is done I open the lid, gently lift the dough and remove the paddles from the spindles, lower the dough and close the lid.
