I made this a couple of weeks ago, and it stayed fresh on my counter for 4 days (might have made it longer but by then we'd eaten it all!). You may want to put the 2nd loaf in the freezer, unless you are planning to eat or serve it all. It is SOOOOO good, by the way!

And Happy Birthday!

Thanks

Mine unfortunately didn't turn out, I'm not sure if it's because of the humidity or what. I went to umm sneak a piece before I put it up and it appears to be to much liquid and not enough dry ingredients, I thought it looked a little wet when I was preparing it, but since it's my first time making it, I'd see how it turned out. I tried the piece anyway it's really not to good it has the consistency of glue.

So I just went to Wal-Mart and got a Angel Food cake.
