Heathers Chocolate Applesauce Cake, should it be refrigerated?

I just made up 2 loafs of Heather's Chocolate Applesauce cake for my birthday tomorrow, it doesn't say anything in the book about storage. Should they be refrigerated, or will they be ok on the counter over night? I'm just not sure because of the huge amount of apple sauce it calls for..
