You sound a lot like me in that during my chemo i ate pretty much whatever i wanted. If elt so crappy that I decided that if I wanted a milkshake I would have a milkshake and not worry about the calories or the IBS stuff. Since I am just getting done with my treatments now I need to go back to a somewhat healthier way of eating that I was doing before. But it is soo hard! I need to lose weight now too. I gained wieght during chemo. Also the kind of chemo that I took is leaving me bloated even 2 months away from it. I am hoping that goes away soon. My energy is finally back so I am going to head back to the gym next week.
