Insoluble fibre supp bad for me?       03/19/08 03:17 PM Edit Reply Quote Wheresthedamnloo Reged: 01/19/08 Posts: 131 Started on Benefibre and it is just 100% soluble fibre wheat dextrin and my tummy this morning is KILLING me and I have wind and bloating really really really bad.
