I didn't do to good on it either, I had more of an allergic reaction to it, and it didn't help my D, I was up to 2 teaspoons twice a day. Everybody is different though.

I just switched to Fibersure , and it's helped my D quit a bit better, but some people suffer worse bloating and or gas from the type of fiber in Fibersure (Inulin) You may be better on something like Benefiber

Also what is your diet like, have you tried cutting back to a bland diet till you stabilize?
