I feel really stupid but I did some checking and I'm not taking my 2nd dose of Zegerid properly. I take the 1st dose in the morning on an empty stomach and wait an hour to eat. With the 2nd dose I take it an hour before dinner but I never have worried about snacking right up until this time. Turns out I should not eat anything for 2 hours before I take it or else it won't work at max effectiveness. I have adjusted this as of today.
