Re: Going to Peru, how will I eat?       03/11/08 03:50 PM Edit Reply Quote Fen Reged: 03/01/08 Posts: 574 Loc: Central NY Unfortunately, I don't have any outstanding Peru-specific advice for you, I just wanted to say that my husband and I are planning a trip to Peru next year and I've been worrying about the exact same thing! One thing I can say, we did England and France last year and some of their foods are notorious for being rich and greasy. What we did for many meals (lunches, specifically), was just purchase food at little grocery stores. That way I could buy baguettes (yum!) and bananas and pretzels and whatnot and ensure that I would be safe.
