Is popcorn the devil for anyone else?

All I can say is popcorn kills my gut--Even in small quanitities--Cramps, bloating, diarrea, ew. So sad because I love eating it at the movies. I just don't think I can handle it anymore.
Also, anyone have trouble with ground soy meat? I made enchiladas with it and golly, this morning it was kinda ugly. I woke up with a distended belly and had some breakfast, knowing what might await me. And then it was desperate urgency and an explosion into the toilet! Yowsers, fortunately I work from home. I did have maybe 2 handfuls of popcorn last night after dinner. I don't know if that would be enought to do anything, though....?
