I agree start slowly.. Adding something new every few days.. I love sweet potato's and they are a safe SF. So try them if you like them? Either bake them or slice them long ways like to roast and make fries. Just drizzle a small amount of Olive oil or canola with salt, cinn and sugar. Very yummy..

A couple of month ago I was making soups for lunch and this way I got some ISF. Heres what I did, FF Health valley chicken or FF Vegetable broth as a base. Saute veggies you like or a little oil salt and pepper and then add to soup. Then cut up wedges of sweet and white potato's and add them in for Safe SF and for some protein add grilled chicken or turkey breast cooked seperately. Oh and if you can do tomatoes? Muir Glen Organics makes a great fire roasted diced tomatoes. There not really spicy it just adds flavor so its like tomato veggie soup. Enjoy I hope this helps..

Just remember to eat veggies cooked..steamed ect.. with rice, pasta, potato. And dont over do it..
