ok, it all started last february i has a week of diarrhea and i thought that was odd i was very regular at the time going two to three times a day. then after a few weeks i noticed this bulge in my stomach at the bottom and when i pushed it it would hide some where in my abdomen. then i noticed that this bulge felt like a lump its sausage shaped and it lies at the bottom of my stomach and when i push it it sinks in and moves up. i had ct scans ultrasounds and an endoscopy, as well as blood tests. everything came back normal. my diarrhea was gone but i noticed i was only going once a day now usually in the morning. as far as i know once a day is actually normal, but i do strain sometimes and feel like there is more in there when i finish. i am constantly bloated and distended i have not seen my abdomen look like it used to for a year now. i had a really flat stomach, which was always complimented. so anyways my gi told me i had ibs. and then i went to another gi in the same facility he also said i had ibs but he also saw that in the other doctors notes. he felt the lump and said its a spasm, and that my colon is full of stuff. but i have that lump everyday and am bloated everyday. that is my biggest symptom i have no pain ever i mean never i used to have pain before ibs sometimes and now never. if i am constipated i can deal with it because i go once a day. my only problem is the distention from that "spasm" if it is a spasm. im starting to think i may have parasites or something. i eat whatever i want whenever i want. i have to admit my diet is really bad. i eat chocolate sometimes before i eat anything at all. what could this be is it ibs or something else im so sad all the time. i miss the way my life was a year ago without ibs
