That's pretty much how it's always been for me (I call it the feast or famine syndrome), although I never considered it C b/c even though I wouldn't have a BM for a few days, it was never painful. My D isn't the typical D either though - I rarely ever have watery stools. D for me is having 8 BM in a matter of 2 hours. They aren't watery but they are very urgent just like watery D. But since taking a probiotic, I'm not having either (knocking on wood).
