By the next morning I would have a semi-regular movement. Also, you have to make sure theres no lactose in it, some companies use lactose to cut the product. Pure Encapsulations and Intensive Nutrition are 2 that I know dont have lactose in it. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
