You're not alone when you say you are still trying to stabilize. How long have you been following the diet? I've been on it for close to 5 years!

Best of luck to you

Thanks for the link, it does give me some hope I know I've only been on this bland diet one week. But I have been at this for 2 years now, watching every single thing I eat, reading every single label of what little food I limited my self too. For the last year I would say I have starved my self (and lost over a 100 pounds) in shear frustration of not being able to eat anything. I tried to stabilize last year with the tummy fiber and gave up after several months with no results. I am determined this time to figure out a diet that will allow me to at a minimum let me leave the house.

The most frustrating thing is the GI I went too, the only one I can see because of the county. One office visit, one colonoscopy that's it. There wasn't even a follow up visit, when I woke up in recovery he said I'm fine, and again the following week on the telephone to tell me the sample they took concluded there is nothing wrong with me. So in theory I should be fine, according to the doctors, family and friends.

I've called the county several times to tell them I'm still the same if not worse and if I should go back to the gastro, and no one ever calls me back.

I've mentioned this in a few threads, but I recommend you try taking pancreatic enzymes with each meal, try to add some more food (you need some bulk in your stool) and the pancreatin will help digest protein, carbs and most importantly fat.
I also recommend silymarin caps to help the liver.
