Actually I just looked it up online. The ingredients are:
FRUIT (STRAWBERRIES, RASPBERRIES, RED PLUMS), SUGAR, WATER, FRUIT PECTIN, LOCUST BEAN GUM, CITRIC ACID, SODIUM BENZOATE, COLOUR.
That looks good, I wonder if thats just a Canadian brand or if they have that here in the states, I've never seen it.
Also I wonder what they are using for there "Colour" it doesn't state if it's obtained naturally or artificially. I try to avoid artificial dyes. Amongst IBS I'm also chemically sensitive, fun fun lol.
The ingredients on the Smuckers Simply Fruit:
FRUIT SYRUP, STRAWBERRIES, LEMON JUICE CONCENTRATE, FRUIT PECTIN, RED GRAPE JUICE CONCENTRATE ADDED FOR COLOR, NATURAL FLAVORS.
